Elite Authentications offers:

Autograph authentication (Premium Service & Digital Assessment Service)
Trading card grading services

Game-used equipment authentication

Valuation services for memorabilia and cards

 

Our assessments, opinions, and certificates are provided in good faith based on professional expertise, but are ultimately an opinion and not a legal guarantee of value or authenticity.

 

3. Submission of Items

When submitting items for authentication, grading, or valuation, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and any known provenance.
Follow our submission guidelines (as detailed on the relevant service page).

Accept responsibility for ensuring items are packaged securely for delivery.

 

4. Risk & Liability

While we take great care in handling all items, you acknowledge:

Shipping items to and from our facility is at your risk unless insured by you.
We are not liable for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the assessment.

 

5. Certificates & Reports

Certificates of Authenticity (COA) or Grading Labels are issued only where items meet our authentication criteria.
Digital Assessment Service results are delivered via email or letter and do not include a COA.

Certificates, reports, or grading results remain our intellectual property and cannot be altered, duplicated, or misrepresented.

 

6. Fees & Payments

All service fees will be confirmed before work begins.
Payment must be made in full before results are released.

All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, service processes, and issued reports remain the property of Elite Authentications and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

 

8. Disclaimers

Our opinions are based on expertise, technology, and available evidence at the time of assessment.
 

Authentication and grading are subjective fields, and different experts may reach different conclusions.
We make no guarantees regarding future market value or acceptance by third parties.

 

9. Governing Law
