Partner Services

At Elite Authentications, we partner with professional sporting organisations, auction houses, clubs and authorised memorabilia dealers to provide independent authentication and certification services. Our team works closely with our partners to witness signings, verify game-used equipment, and apply our rigorous authentication standards to ensure every item released to fans and collectors is genuine. 

By certifying directly at the source, we help build trust with their fans, supporters and buyers, while adding long-term value and credibility to the memorabilia and collectables they share with their fan base.

Scheduling & Coordination

We coordinate with the sports organisation, auction house, dealer, or event organiser to schedule and confirm the autograph signing session. 

On Site

Attendance

An Elite Authentications representative is physically present at the signing, or location, to independently witness the athlete or personality executing each autograph, or review the signed items 

Verification & Documentation

Each signed item is inspected immediately, logged, and recorded with all relevant details such as date, time, and location. 

Certification & Hologram Application

Upon confirmation, a tamper-proof hologram serial label is applied to the item, and a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is authorised and scheduled for issue.

Handover

A detailed authentication report is provided for each item, outlining the authenticity assessment, the methods used to verify authenticity, the location where the assessment was conducted, and the authorising representative.

Secure Authentication Records

All items authenticated during the session are securely recorded in the Elite Authentications database, providing a permanent record for future verification, tracking, and reference.

1 hour up to a maximum of 25 items authenticated

2 hours up to a maximum of 45 items authenticated

4 hours up to a maximum of 60 items authenticated

Please note: Prices exclude travel and accommodation expenses for locations outside areas where Elite Authentications has a presence. These additional costs will be calculated and provided separately upon request.

Elite Authentications Partner Authentication Program Terms

At Elite Authentications, credibility and trust are built on strict standards. For first person autograph signings, our team must be physically present to witness every individual signature, with item quantities verified and recorded upfront. 

 

For game-used equipment, our experts must be present at the game or event and act as the sole handler of the item(s) once removed from the playing arena. This ensures an unbroken chain of custody and absolute confidence in authenticity.  Any deviation from these standards renders the authentication process null and void.
