Autograph Authentication Submission Portal
Welcome to the Autograph Authentication Submission Portal for Elite Authentications.

This page outlines everything you need to know to submit your autographed memorabilia - whether you're choosing our Premium In-Person Authentication or our convenient Digital Assessment Service.

Follow the instructions below to begin your submission and take the first step toward confirming authenticity.

How to submit your autographs for in-person authentication

Step 1

Complete Submission Form

Begin by filling out the In-Person Autograph Authentication Submission Form (below) with details of your item(s), including the type of item, the name of the signer, and any known history or supporting information. Once your form is submitted - wait for further instructions from one of our representatives who will contact you within 24 hours.

Step 2

Await Confirmation and Instructions

On receiving return or delivery instructions from Elite Authentications, and a confirmed quote for the requested grading, proceed to place each card in a soft sleeve and semi-rigid card holder (e.g., Card Saver I). Do not use top loaders, screw-downs, or magnetic holders, as they may damage the card during transit or delay processing. Use a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent movement during shipping. Include the return authorisation (RA) number outside the package.

Step 3

Deliver or Present Your Item

Bring or send your item(s) to the confirmed location as instructed. Please ensure that any certificate of authenticity, letter of authenticity, or other pertinent documentation are also submitted as these will need to also be reviewed. All items will be handled with care and reviewed under controlled conditions using our signature analysis tools and technologies.

Step 4

Authentication Process

Once your submission is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We will carefully unpack your parcel - recording the process to verify the contents and ensure all items are accounted for. After review, we will confirm the quoted cost and issue a payment request for the grading services selected.

Step 5

Receive Results and Certification

If your item is deemed authentic, we will issue a Certificate of Authenticity and affix a tamper-evident holographic serial number label to the item (or accompanying documentation). Your item(s) will then be returned along with all supporting materials.

Step 6

Return Shipping

Elite Authentications will proceed to carefully pack and return your memorabilia item. We will use the shipping method selected by you in the submission form along with quoting for insurance of the items should this option be requested.
